1. Your Files Are Private

When you upload a file to PDFinity, it is used solely for the purpose of processing your requested operation. We do not read, analyze, index, or share your documents with any third parties.

All uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour of processing, regardless of whether you download the result.

2. What We Collect

PDFinity collects minimal data to operate the service:

• Uploaded files (temporarily stored for processing, deleted within 1 hour)
• Basic server logs (IP address, timestamp, browser type) for security purposes
• Anonymous usage statistics (which tools are used, how often) — no personal data

3. What We Never Do

• We never read or analyze the content of your documents
• We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
• We never require account creation to use any tool
• We never add watermarks to your processed files
• We never retain files beyond the 1-hour deletion window

4. Cookies

PDFinity uses only essential cookies required to operate the website (session management). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that identify you personally.

5. Third-Party Services

PDFinity may use the following third-party services in limited capacity:

• Google Fonts – for typography (subject to Google's privacy policy)
• Cloudflare – for DDoS protection and CDN (subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy)

6. Data Security

File transfers are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Files are stored in isolated, temporary directories with restricted access. Our servers are regularly updated with security patches.

7. Children's Privacy

PDFinity is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of PDFinity after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
